You must provide accurate information during registration.

You must NOT:

• Create a fake identity or fraudulent matrimonial profile.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your background.
• Create an account using another person's information without explicit legal authorization.
• Maintain multiple deceptive accounts.
• Provide deliberately misleading profile information (age, marital status, religion, caste, occupation, etc.).

Nepal Vivah reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove accounts that violate these requirements.

3. Profile Information

You are solely responsible for the information, photographs, descriptions, preferences, and other content you publish on your profile.

You should ensure that your profile information is accurate and does not violate another person's privacy, intellectual property rights, or other legal rights.

4. Verification

Nepal Vivah may offer different verification features (including email verification, phone verification, and administrative badge approvals).

Verification is intended to improve trust and platform safety. However, Nepal Vivah does not guarantee that every verified member is completely free from false information or misconduct.

Users should independently exercise reasonable caution and due diligence before developing a relationship or sharing personal contact details.

5. Matching Service

Nepal Vivah provides algorithms and tools to search, discover, recommend, and connect with potential matches.

We do not guarantee:

• That you will find a suitable life partner.
• That a recommended profile will be compatible with you.
• That another member will respond to your connection requests or messages.
• That communication will result in marriage.
• The absolute accuracy of all information provided by members.

6. Connections and Messaging

Users may send connection requests and communicate through the platform according to their membership privileges.

You must not use Nepal Vivah to:

• Harass, stalk, abuse, or threaten another person.
• Send spam, unsolicited commercial advertisements, or mass messages.
• Defraud, extort, or deceive another member.
• Request money dishonestly or solicit financial aid.
• Promote unlawful, immoral, or defamatory activities.
• Distribute obscene, abusive, or inappropriate content.
• Collect personal information or phone numbers for unauthorized commercial purposes.

Nepal Vivah may restrict messaging or suspend accounts where misuse is detected.

7. User Safety

Before meeting someone offline, take appropriate safety precautions, arrange meetings in public places, and inform a trusted family member or friend about your plans.

Nepal Vivah is a platform for introductions and communication and does not act as a guarantor of any member's identity, intentions, conduct, or suitability.

8. Prohibited Content

Users must not upload or publish content that is:

• Fraudulent or deliberately misleading.
• Harassing, threatening, hateful, or abusive.
• Illegal under Nepalese law.
• Infringing another person's copyright, trademark, or intellectual property.
• Invasive of another person's privacy or confidentiality.
• Spam, promotional solicitations, or unauthorized advertising.
• Designed to deceive, exploit, or extract money from other members.

9. Membership Plans and Payments

Certain advanced features (such as extended connection limits, direct contact viewing, and unlimited chat) may require a paid membership or service fee.

Before purchasing, users should review the applicable plan, price, duration, features, and refund terms on our Membership Plans page.

Payments are processed securely through authorized digital payment providers including eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay, and Fonepay.

Refund Policy: Membership fees are non-refundable once the digital service period has commenced, except in cases where technical failure on our platform prevented access and could not be resolved.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

Nepal Vivah may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account where:

• These Terms & Conditions are violated.
• False, misleading, or fraudulent information is provided.
• The platform's messaging or connection features are abused.
• A security risk or impersonation is identified.
• Unlawful activity is suspected or established.
• Continued access may harm other users or the platform's integrity.

Users may also request account closure at any time through account settings or customer support.

11. Intellectual Property

The Nepal Vivah name, logo, website design, brand marks, software, graphics, text, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Nepal Vivah unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit such materials without explicit written authorization.

12. Third-Party Services

Nepal Vivah may use third-party services for payments, communications, SMS OTP delivery, hosting, analytics, security, or other functionality.

Such services operate under their respective terms and privacy policies.

13. Disclaimer

Nepal Vivah provides a digital platform for discovering and communicating with potential matrimonial partners.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, intentions, conduct, financial status, marital status, or suitability of individual users.

Users are solely responsible for exercising reasonable judgment, background checks, and caution.

14. Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nepal Vivah is not responsible for losses, emotional distress, or damages arising from interactions, communications, meetings, relationships, or transactions between users, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect improvements, legal updates, or platform enhancements. Continued use of Nepal Vivah after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Nepal.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nepal.
